Mewa Textil-Service SE & Co. Management OHG and Sybit, Europe's leading consultancy in SAP Customer Experience (CX), have been named Grand Winners in the Business Transformation category at the prestigious SAP Quality Awards 2024. The award ceremony took place on June 28 in the VIP lounge of the SAP Arena in Mannheim.

The award honors the remarkable project in which Mewa and Sybit collaborated to implement the SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales & Service Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, and SAP CPI. This comprehensive solution includes the creation of a customer service portal that seamlessly integrates underlying sales, service, and marketing processes. The portal offers self-services to 21,100 active users and unlocks new potential for key account tenders.

The SAP Quality Awards annually honor outstanding projects that meet SAP’s strict ten quality criteria. This year, 13 companies were awarded across four categories, with five earning the additional distinction of Grand Winner. The Business Transformation category, in which Mewa and Sybit were nominated, is one of the most demanding, recognizing large-scale projects with top-notch quality and innovation.
