The outstanding quality of the e-commerce project in business transformation convinces the jury.
The jury recognized the exceptional quality of an extensive customer experience project in e-commerce, implemented jointly by WAGNER and the digital agency Sybit. Sybit clients have won the SAP Quality Award on multiple occasions.
“The fact that SAP has awarded our platform with its highest quality seal is an excellent validation for our joint WAGNER-Sybit team and further motivation to continue our journey toward a comprehensive customer platform with the same dedication,” says Markus Moßmann, Vice President of e-commerce at WAGNER.
WAGNER implemented the SAP Commerce Cloud for all its customer-facing processes with the goal of building the best B2B industry webshop on the market. Together with Sybit, they first developed the global platform and, after 18 months, successfully rolled it out for three of WAGNER’s national companies. Currently, a heavily customized version for the TITAN brand in the U.S. is in the go-live phase, with three additional portals planned for 2023. “This has elevated WAGNER’s user-friendliness for its B2B customers to an unparalleled level, as the usage statistics clearly indicate. The jury was particularly impressed by the execution of agile test packages, enabling precise alignment with the project’s rigorous standards,” SAP noted in their award announcement.

The SAP Quality Awards 2023 ceremony took place at the SAP Arena in Mannheim. To identify the year’s top projects, SAP Quality Management evaluated over 100 go-live projects to spotlight the most award-worthy customer implementations.
