While emco Bad specializes in high-quality bathroom furnishings, accessories and innovative washplace solutions with the highest design standards, emco Bau manufactures carpet mats, swimming pool gratings and entrance mat systems, among other things. To make daily office work easier for customers, innovative office supplies, document shredders, staplers and more are offered under the Novus Dahle brand. The fourth division also makes a valuable contribution to greater mobility, flexibility and sustainability with the production of emission-free electric scooters.

emco's sales department is now perfectly equipped for successful customer presentations: from a technical perspective, the SAP Sales Cloud represents an important bridge between the customer master data from the back office and the sales front. This means that all relevant information is now available to the sales force on mobile devices and various data can be maintained and created directly at the point of sale (POS) - from the recording of leads to the maintenance of opportunities. This creates a 360° view of customers. The more focused market cultivation enables significantly more targeted customer communication. In addition, automated task assignment enables modern, collaborative working. This will also ensure professional, comprehensive customer support in the future.

 

SAP Sales Cloud successfully integrated - one solution for all business areas

To expand valuable customer relationships, an innovative customer relationship management solution was needed to optimize the sales process - across all business areas. This wish was realized with the SAP Sales Cloud: From the planning and execution to the follow-up of customer appointments, system-supported tools now ensure brilliant sales processes. From the initial kick-off to the go-live, the solution was integrated via the SAP Cloud Platform together with the experienced itelligence experts in just 6 months. This allowed the new functionalities to be demonstrated in a timely manner. In addition to recording customer data in a central solution, emco benefits from intelligent forecasting features and is now ready for Sales 4.0.

The data relevant to the sales force can also be accessed offline - for greater flexibility. With the SAP Sales Cloud, not only the sales department but also the management has a comprehensive view of results and follow-up activities.
