The challenge
The old CRM system at LINZMEIER was no longer up to date. Media disruptions made it difficult to establish a transparent sales process - even in collaboration with other departments. The company therefore decided to introduce a new, cloud-based sales system.

The solution
The SAP Sales Cloud was introduced close to standard with all the advantages that the system offers: The sales department now has customer data, evaluations and forecasts at its fingertips and can exchange information easily. The Baubjekte add-on developed by Sybit and the integration of the easy archive document storage system, which allows the sales department to store data securely, digitally and in compliance with the law, offer considerable added value.
