The vision “It is easy to do business with us!” was successfully realized with Sybit in the form of an integrated web store. The corporate philosophy of the Novoferm Group is based on the principle of "Class instead of mass." Therefore, the outdated SAP ITS webshop should achieve maximum quality. In addition to content that needed updating in SAP ERP, vacancies, and open responsibilities, there was a great need to serve demand from foreign exports. The new webshop should offer additional added value for customers and all products of the Novoferm Group, be available around the clock, and also be integrable into extranets, such as dealer portals.

The facts

The competence, experience and customer orientation of the SAP partner were decisive factors for Novoferm to tackle this project with SYBIT. After the successful go-live of the pilot project, further optimizations in usability and internal processes, the connection of the spare parts business, the expansion of the product range and the international roll-out were carried out.
