Strategy
In order to minimize risks and implementation time, Rehau started the project with a comparatively small group of users in the pilot countries of Serbia and Montenegro. After the smooth changeover, the portal was analyzed in terms of loading time, performance leaks and errors using an APM solution. Based on these findings, optimization needs were immediately identified and the user experience was further improved. The customers are delighted and the results are being incorporated into the planning of the next phases for the global roll-out.
Requirements
The project objective is a high-performance, global customer portal that integrates smoothly into the company's solution landscape. High customer and employee acceptance was the top priority. The web store was to have a personalized customer approach, accelerated ordering processes and intuitive search and filter functions.
