This name makes the hearts of all DIY enthusiasts beat faster: wolfcraft. The family-owned company is a manufacturer and supplier of tools and power tool accessories and is regarded as a co-founder and driving force in the German DIY sector. With an export share of 66%, wolfcraft is an internationally active company with its own sales staff in many European countries as well as numerous trading and distribution partners worldwide. wolfcraft's internal IT was faced with the challenge of adapting the infrastructure to the constant change of new market and company requirements and always reacting flexibly to the needs of the specialist departments. This is why wolfcraft relies on SYBIT to maintain its CRM system landscape.

Initial situation

wolfcraft sells more than 3,000 items around the world - in DIY stores, specialist stores and online via platforms such as Globus and Amazon. “We have an incredible number of makeshift solutions in our IT landscape and have to react quickly to the increased demands and requests from customers - for example, when it comes to invoicing goods,” explains Oliver Bouhs, Head of Customer Service Germany at wolfcraft. The company decided to introduce the SAP Sales Cloud in order to harmonize processes in the global sales landscape. “But far from standard,” says Bouhs. “We have to keep adapting the system to our needs and need quick solutions.” This is where the Sybit Application Management Services (AMS) team comes into play. “Sybit supports us perfectly in exploiting the full potential of our system. We couldn't do that to this extent with our own resources,” says Bouhs. 

 

The project

Extensive system landscapes require maintenance, integration and continuous optimization.
