Swiss-based Kistler Group has been named the main winner of the SAP Quality Award 2023 in the Cloud Transformation category. This recognition highlights the exceptional quality of a comprehensive customer experience project in e-commerce, developed in partnership with the digital agency Sybit. Sybit has now been honored multiple times with the prestigious SAP Quality Award.

“Kistler Group is a benchmark company in customer experience. They take a strategic approach, integrating all customer-centric solutions end-to-end and transforming core processes. We’re very proud and grateful to join Kistler on this journey. SAP’s recognition of our shared success with its highest quality certification is a tremendous confirmation and a source of further motivation for us,” says Thomas Regele, CEO of Sybit, regarding this continued success in the SAP Quality Awards.

Thilo Kerner, CRO of Sybit, adds, “Our longstanding partnership with Kistler is built on deep mutual trust. The technological advancements we’ve achieved together are remarkable. Specifically in the award-winning project, we implemented SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform, and SAP CPS for configuration and pricing, among other solutions. These accomplishments firmly position Kistler among the digital champions in customer experience, and the award is a clear testament to that.”

In SAP’s announcement of Kistler’s win, recognizing the company as a global leader in dynamic measurement technology, they state: “With the comprehensive renewal of all relevant technical platforms, Kistler has fundamentally reshaped the digital customer journey. The jury was particularly impressed by the chosen change management approach, as well as the measurable business improvements achieved within just a few months of operation.”

Since 2008, SAP Switzerland has awarded the Quality Award to customers who excel in planning and executing implementation projects. Not only is high-quality project planning required, but a swift and cost-effective implementation as well. Projects are evaluated based on ten quality guidelines suggested by SAP, with the goal of recognizing achievements that demonstrate measurable value and that align with demands for short implementation cycles and rapid time-to-value.
