At the 2023 Digital Commerce Awards in Zurich, the Bühler Group’s myBühler customer platform won big, securing top honors in both the “B2B Service & Process Integration” category and the “Marketplaces & Platforms” category. This double recognition celebrates the outstanding quality of an extensive customer experience project in e-commerce, developed in collaboration with the digital agency Sybit.
A Customer Platform of Superlative Quality

The win in the Service & Process Integration category holds particular significance for the myBühler development team. “This award validates our relentless efforts to achieve seamless integration of business processes,” Moser adds. “The result is an intuitive, user-friendly experience for our customers, enabling them to purchase spare and wear parts, access services, and find the information they need efficiently.”
The Digital Commerce Award is the premier accolade for Switzerland’s best online shops and is awarded yearly following SCORE! — the Swiss Conference for Retail and E-Commerce.
